Well, saya baru tahu ternyata olahraga lompat tali memiliki banyak manfaat! Dan lagi, jika kita ketikan query “Manfaat lompat tali” di Google hanya menghasilkan 62.900 hasil, sementara query “benefit of jump rope” menghasilkan 2.610.000 hasil. Wah, ternyata olahraga lompat tali jauh lebih digandrungi di luar negeri, padahal banyak sekali loh manfaatnya. Let’s see :
